Instructions
- Grind half of the strawberry to a smooth paste and chop others.
- Heat 2 tbsp of ghee and add cashew, fry well.
- Now add rava and roast well.
- Mean time boil milk and add into rava mixture.
- Once rava cooked well add sugar and strawberry mixture, then mix well.
- Keep low flame for 5 minutes and turn off.
- Now the strawberry kesari is ready to serve.
