This is a sweet recipe which is not familiar to all. This is very simple easy to do. North Indians call this as Strawberry sheera.

  • Rava - 1/2 cup
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Milk - 1 1/2 cup
  • Strawberry( 10 - 15nos) - 1 pack
  • Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Ghee - 4 tbsp
  • Cashew nut - 10 nos

Instructions
  1. Grind half of the strawberry to a smooth paste and chop others.

  2. Heat 2 tbsp of ghee and add cashew, fry well.

  3. Now add rava and roast well.

  4. Mean time boil milk and add into rava mixture.

  5. Once rava cooked well add sugar and strawberry mixture, then mix well.

  6. Now add chopped strawberry, cardamom powder, add remaining ghee to enhance flavor and mix well.

  7. Keep low flame for 5 minutes and turn off.

  8. Now the strawberry kesari is ready to serve.
