- For Stuffing: -
- Beans(finely chopped) - 5-6 nos
- Peas - 1/4 cup
- Carrot(finely chopped) - 1/2 cup
- Potato(boiled and mashed, small) - 1 no
- Green chillies(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- For covering: -
- Wheat flour - 1 cup
- Oil - 3 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Paneer or Milk - 2 tbsp

Instructions
- Mix together salt, green chillies and garam masala powder with the mashed vegetables and potato. Keep the mixture aside.
- Knead the wheat flour with oil, salt, paneer and desired amount of water to make a dough(just like chappathi dough).
- Pluck out small balls from the dough and pat it with hand to make it a little bigger.
- Place a lemon sized stuffing in it`s middle and close it.
- Roll out gently, smear ghee and put it on the tawa.
- Cook till both sides are crisp and done.
- Tasty and nutritious Stuffed Parathas are ready.
