Instructions
- For preparing stuffed tomatoes with pork, soak the bread in milk.
- Mince the pork.
- Pre heat the oven at 200 degrees celsius.
- Cut off the top of the tomatoes to make a lid and spoon out the inside.
- Fill each tomato with the stuffing.
- Put the stuffed tomatoes into a oven tray, spreading the pulp around the sides and pour over with the remaining olive oil.
- Bake it for 40 minutes.
- Stuffed tomatoes with pork is ready.
