- Black gram(husk removed) - 500 g
- Plain rice - 1 cup
- Clarified butter/ghee - 750 ml
- Sugar - 750 g

Instructions
- Fry the black gram and rice separately until slight brown.
- Mix both of them and grind into fine powder.
- Grind sugar also into fine powder.
- Mix sugar powder to bleck gram-rice powder and mix thoroughly.
- Prepare lemon sized balls with the above and store.
- Sunni undalu, a favored Andhra special is ready.
