Instructions For preparing sweet boondi kheer, prepare the boondi by mixing flour with ghee and required water. Make a smooth thick batter. Heat ghee in a vessel, pour the batter through a sieve into the hot ghee to form boondi and fry till golden. Drain and keep aside. Heat half of the milk with sugar raisins and cardamoms. Allow it to boil till it reaches a creamy consistency. Add the boondies. Add remaining milk to above mixture and boil to a thick consistency. Garnish with chironji. Sweet boondi kheer is ready. Serve chilled.
