Instructions
 

  • Mix well together eggs, sugar and powdered cardamoms.
  • Heat oil in a tawa.
  • Pour the egg mixture as you make omelettes into the pan and spread it well.
  • Cover and cook for a few mins, till done.
  • Garnish with cashews and raisins.
