- Tapioca - ¼ kg
- onions finely sliced - 2
- Mustard seeds - ½ tsp
- whole red chilies - 2-3
- Coconut oil - 2-3 tbsp

Instructions
- Remove the tapioca skin and cut into thin long slices
- Heat coconut oil in a kadai and when the coconut oil is hot add the mustard seeds.
- When it has spluttered and the whole red chilies cut into pieces.
- Add the sliced onions and sauté till they turn pink in color.
- Cover the pan and cook for 15 minutes till the water has dried up.
- The Tapioca with Sautéed Onions is ready to serve.
- Tapioca with Sautéed Onions can be served with roti or along with rice and dal/curry as an accompaniment.
