Ingredients
- Tapioca(cleaned) - 1/4 kg
- Rice flour - 1 1/2 tbsp
- Gram flour/Basen - 3 tbsp
- Asafoetida(A pinch, Kaayam) -
- Chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
- Soda powder(A pinch) -
- Curry leaves(finely chopped) - 3 springs
- Hot oil - 1 tsp
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Water(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Slice the tapioca in 2 inch pieces. Keep it aside.
- In a bowl, mix in rice flour, basen flour, asafoetida, hot oil, salt, soda powder, curry leaves, chilly powder with a little water to make a batter.
