- Oil - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Cashews - 1 tsp

Instructions
- First mix gram flour and turmeric powder together.
- Prepare a batter with gram flour,water and turmeric powder.
- Boil this for 5 minutes.
- Heat oil in a kadai.
- Fill the strainer with batter up to half.Position it over pan.Drain bhoondhis in oil by hitting the strainer on the side of pan,lifting up and again hitting..
- Fry them to golden colour and remove.Keep it in a vessel.
- Add prepared sugar syrup to this boondhis and mix well with wooden spoon.
- Add this to boondhi mix and mix well with wooden spoon.
- Prepare round balls with moist hands.
- Tasty home made boondhi ladoo is ready.
