- Modha fish cleaned(-1) -
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Maida - 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Oil - 1/2 cup

Instructions
- Marinate modha fish with ginger garlic paste ,salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, Maida and turmeric powder for 3 minutes.
- Heat oil in a kadai and fry modha kabab until it becomes brown. Fry both sides until it is fully cooked
- Now tasty modha fish kabab is ready to serve.
