Instructions
- Heat oil in a kadai add garlic flakes and green chillies. Sauté for a minute.
- Add onion and sauté for a minute.
- Add spinach and oreganos and sauté for a minute.
- Add tomato ketchup, bread crumbs and pepper sauté for a minute.
- Mix every thing well and stuffed in mushrooms cap. Then bake in oven for 10 minutes at 180degree
- Now stuffed mushrooms are ready.
