- Green chilly(finely chopped) - 3 nos
- Chilly powder - 3/4 tsp
- Ginger(finely chopped) - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp

- For preparing ullivada, take a bowl, add maida, onions, curry leaves, green chillies, chilly powder, turmeric powder, ginger, salt and required water. Mix it well by hand and make it into a paste.
- Ullivada is ready. Serve hot with ketchup.
