  • 4 nos Tomato ground
  • 2 cups Basmati rice
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 3 1/2 cup Water
  • 2 small Chicken powder
  • 1/4 cup Coriander leaves


  • For preparing tomato chicken rice, fry the garlic in oil.
  • Add tomato and fry again.
  • Add water and chicken powder to it and boil.
  • When the water boils add the rice and cook covered in low flame for 10 minutes.
  • When the water drains and the rice is cooked well, add the coriander leaves, mix well and remove from flame.
  • Serve hot.
