Instructions For preparing vanilla ice-cream, boil the milk and remove it from the flame. Whisk egg yolks and sugar well. Pour in the hot milk and whisk again. Heat the mixture, stirring it continuously till it thickens and allow it to cool. Add in the cream and vanilla pods. Whip the mixture. Pour it into an ice-cream churner and freeze it. Vanilla ice-cream is ready. Serve chilled.
