- Plantain Flower(Vazhaipoo) - 1 no
- Tomato - 1 no
- Onion - 1 no
- Coriander powder - 3 tsp
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
For seasoning:-
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp

Instructions
- Cut the plantain flowers into small pieces.
- Soak it in curd before a day which reduces the bitterness.
- Pressure cook the flowers with little salt and turmeric powder.
- Heat oil in a frying pan.
- Splutter mustard seeds.
- Add chopped onions and fry till it becomes tender.
- Add chopped tomatoes.
- Add chilly and coriander powder and fry well.
- Add the pressure cooked plantain flowers to the pan.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Cover it with a lid for 2 mins.
- :- Serve hot with chappatis.

I was going through your recipe and had a few questions.Do i have to pressure cook the curd soaked vazhapoo in water with the salt n turmeric?if so should i wash off all the curd ?
