Instructions
- Add salt to it and stir well and then add ladies finger to it.
- Add little water and chilly powder to it.
- Close the pan and let it cooked.
- When it gets boiled off the flame.
- Heat another pan add oil in it and add mustard to it when it boils.
- When it splutters add dried red chilly, shallot and curry leaves.
- Sauté it for 2 minutes and then off the flame.
- Pour this to the stew.
- Stir well.
- Transfer to the serving dish.
