1 cup Vermicelli (Semiya)2 cups Milk1/2 cup Sugar1/4 cup Raisins (Onakkamunthiri)1/4 cup Almonds2 tsp CashewsCardamom(Elakka)1 cup Cream2 tbsp Ghee Heat milk in a vessel and reduce to 1 cup.Heat ghee in a pan and put raisins, cashews and almonds in a row. Let it turn a little golden brown and put it in a bowl. Reduce the heat and in the same ghee, put the vermicelli and stir well till golden brown. Add milk and cover till the vermicelli tendered.Add sugar and stir well for 2 - 3 mins.If it is cooked well, switch off the heat and put the cream and put almonds, cashews, cream, and crushed cardamom and mix well.
