Water Melon Salad
A tasty starter
Ingredients
- 1 cup Water melon square pieces
- 2 nos Green chillies chopped
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
- 1 no Onion cut in circles
- Salt As reqd
- Lemon juice As reqd
- 3 tbsp Fetta cheese
Instructions
- For preparing water melon salad, add the ingredients: green chillies, coriander leaves, onion, salt and lemon juice in the water melon and mix well. Refrigerate it.
- Sprinkle grated fetta cheese on top of the salad before serving.
- Serve immediately.
