this is very different recipe. we all throw the watermelon rind. but its very different. that we using rind curry. its taste like bottle gourd or like cucumber.

- Watermelon Rind - 5 slice
- Chopped onions - 1
- Chopped Tomato - 1
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Coconut milk - 1 cup
- Red chili powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
- Peanut powder - 1/4 cup
- Salt(as per taste) -

- First remove all watermelon flesh in rind .
- Peel watermelon rind one by one and chop like cube and keep aside.
- In pan add oil and temper jeera , fennel seed and onions, curry leave and sa
- Put all powder and mix nicely and salt
- Now put Rind in that curry and cook for 5 mins
- Now add water and close the lid. cook for 20 min in medium flame. Rind hard so it takes more time to cook.
- Now add Peanut powder and mix it well and turn off the flame.
- Now its ready to serve for rice, dosa, roti..Watermelon Rind curry ready.
