  • 1 nos. Ripe mago
  • 5 nos. Dates
  • 1 cup milk chilled
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 scoop Vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tbsp Almond chopped


  • Take the dates, 1 mango, chilled milk in a mixer jar
  • Add honey only if it isn’t sweet to your preference and blend well.
  • Fill 1/3 rd part of a glass with this smoothie Add the half of the chopped nut on top of it.
  • Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
  • Garnish with dates, nuts and wafer stick.
