Ayesha`s Chicken Fry Easy to make chicken fry 1 kg Chicken1 no Lemon1/2 tsp Turmeric powder1 tsp Chilly powder1/2 tsp Coriander powder1 tsp Garam masala powder1 no Onion2 nos TomatoGreen chillies (As reqd)Salt (As reqd)Sugar (A pinch)Food colour (A pinch, Red)3 tsp Curd4 tsp OilCoriander leaves for garnishing Clean the chicken well and cut it into medium pieces. Marinate the chicken with all the above ingredients(except oil) for 2 hrs.Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.Add all the ingredients and fry it on high flame for 5 mins.Simmer it and let it cook for 30 mins.Once the chicken is cooked well, switch off the flame.Garnish with coriander leaves.:- Serve with rice or roti.
