- Baby corn 6no. -
- Gram Flour : 1 cup -
- Maida : 2 tsp -
- Rice flour 4 tsp -
- Baking soda 2 pinch -
- Asafoetida : ¼ tsp -
- Red chilli powder : ½ tsp -
- Cumin seed/ jeera powder ¼ tsp -
- Turmeric powder : ¼ tsp -
- Garam masala : ¼ tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Oil to fry -

- In another bowl add gram flour, rice flour, baking soda, asafetida, jeera powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt
- some water and make like semi solid consistent
- Clean and cut the baby corn into two pieces
- Mix the baby corn in that semi solid masala and mix well
- Heat the oil and fry the baby corn
- Baby corn bajji is ready to serve
