  • babycorn 1 cup
  • black pepper flakes 2 tsp
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • rice flour 2 tsp
  • corn flour 2 tsp
  • maida 1 tsp
  • oil to fry
  • 2 tsp Curry leaves finely chopped
  • 1 tsp lime juice


  • par boil the baby corn for 2 mins
  • cut the baby corn into small pieces
  • in bowl add baby corn, ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper flakes, lemon juice, curry leaves, rice flour, corn flour and maida and mix well
  • marinate for 15 mins
  • heat the oil and fry the marinated baby corn till it get golden brown
  • now baby corn peppery is ready
