Beans Coconut Curry
Kerala Vegetarian Curry - Beans Coconut Curry
Ingredients
- Beans : 100 gm
- Small onion : 5 nos
- Green chilli : 2 nos
- Tomato : 1 no
- Garlic : 5 nos
- Chilli powder : 2 tsp
- Coriander powder : 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp
- Grated Coconut : 1 cup
- Water : as reqd
- Salt : for taste
Instructions
- Add 2 tsp oil in a pan and add small onion, green chilli one by one saute well.
- Add beans and tomato saute well.
- Grind coconut and garlic to smooth paste.
- Add chilli powder, coriander and turmeric powder and mix well.
- Enter Step
- Add required amount of water for gravy as you need and allow it to boil.
- Add coconut paste to the same and cook well till the oil separates.
- Ready to serve.
