- Biriyani rice(- 1 kg) -
- Beef(- 500 gm) -
- Onion(- 5 nos) -
- Green chilly(- 4 nos) -
- Ginger(- small pc) -
- garlic(- 6 nos) -
- Tomato(- 4 nos) -
- Turmeric powder(- 1/4 tsp) -
- Garam masala(- 1 tsp) -
- Salt(- as required) -
- Coriander leaves(- as required) -
- Water(- as) -

Instructions
- Add tomato and sauté again.
- Add turmeric powder, chilly powder, garam masala and curry leaves.
- Cook it with beef for 10 minutes.
- Convert the rice in to beef masala and cook it for 5 minutes in low flame.
