Ingredients
- Beef - 1/2 kg
- Onion(chopped) - 1 no
- Ginger(chopped) - 1 tbsp
- garlic(chopped) - 1 tbsp
- Green chillies(slit) - 4 nos
- Tomatoes - 2 nos
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Cardamom(Elakka) - 3 nos
- Cinnamon(Karugapatta) - 2 nos
- Cloves(Grambu) - 2 nos
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Curry leaves(Few) -

Instructions
- Heat little oil in kadai and fry onion till golden color. Allow it to cool and grind it with cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, coriander powder, chilly powder and turmeric powder. Keep this aside.
- When cooked open the lid and add curry leaves and little oil on top.
- Delicious recipe, serve hot with rice.
