Ingredients
- Beetroot(cut into cubes) - 4 nos
- Onion(cut into cubes, small) - 1 no
- Ginger(garlic paste - 2 tsp) -
- Oil - 4 tbsp
- Turmeric powder(A pinch) -
- Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Cinnamon(Karugapatta) - 1 small
- Cloves(Grambu) - 3 nos
- Cardamom(Elakka) - 2 nos
- Fresh coconut powder(A handful) -
- Garam masala powder - 1 tbsp

Instructions
- :- Do not grind them into a paste.
- Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
- Add salt, turmeric powder, chilly powder and ginger-garlic paste.
- Fry it on a medium flame for about 15 mins.
- Add coconut powder and fry, until the raw smell is gone.
- Add garam masala powder and stir well.
- Remove from the flame.
