1 kg Ripe tomatoes1 no Onion2 cloves Garlic2 tbsp Olive oil1 no Bouquet garni (thyme,parsley,bay leaf)1 tbsp Concentrated tomato pureeSalt (As reqd)Pepper (As reqd)1 pinch Sugar1 no Carrot (grated)1 no Celery stick (finely chopped)200 g Beef (minced) For preparing bolognese sauce, peel and chop the onion and garlic cloves. Keep it aside.Put the tomatoes in boiling water and de-seed. Chop it well in the food processor.Heat oil in a frying pan, fry the onion, carrot, celery stick, minced beef and garlic in it.Add the tomatoes, concentrated tomato puree, bouquet garni, salt, pepper and sugar.Stir and simmer in low flame uncovered for 30 minutes.Remove the bouquet garni and season to taste before serving.Serve it with any spicy snacks/Sphagetti.Specialities: 1)Sauce.
