- Bread slice - 10 nos
- Cashew nuts - 100 g
- Curd - 1 cup
- Raisins - 100 g
- Milk - 1 glass
- Green chillies(chopped) - 5 nos
- Ginger - 1 piece
- Coriander leaves - 4 tbsp
- Cumin powder(Jeeraka podi) - 1 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing bread curd vada, grind cashew, raisins, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves and cumin powder.
- Fry this in oil and set to cool. Pour curd over vada before serving.
