Bread Poori

It is a different and unique breakfast recipe with wheat and bread. It is crispy and soft inside. It is too tasty.

  • 1 cup Wheat
  • 4 slices Bread
  • 2 tblsp Curd
  • 1 tsp Rawa
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Cooking soda
  • Oil for frying


  • In mixie add bread and make crumbs and keep aside
  • In that bowl add wheat and other ingredients and mix well roughly
  • Make dough with water and rest for 15 - 20 mins ( 1 hr max)
  • Take small ball of dough and make it as a small and flat poori.
  • Deep fry in oil. cook both side
  • Now its ready to serve. Bread poori
