Instructions
- Leave the dough to stand for 1 hour covered with a cloth in a warm place.
- Then work briskly by hand and put it into a greased and dusted brioche tin.
- Cover and leave to rinse until the dough has doubled in volume.
- Preheat the oven at 180 degrees celsius.
- Brush the surface of the brioche with the egg yolk and bake for 35 minutes.
- Brioche is ready.
