this is an easy and quick recipe with left out chappati. It can be given as a healthy evening time snack for kids.

Ingredients
chappati 5 no. –
onion
1 cup –
tomato
1/2 cup –
Green chilli 2 no. –
Ginger
garlic
paste : 1 tsp –
Salt
to taste –
Red
Chilli Powder
: 1/2 tsp –
Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp –
Oil
: 4 tsp –
Instructions
chop the
onion
,
tomato
and green chilli
cut the chappati into small pieces or put into the mixer and make as a flakes
in a pan heat the
oil
and add the
onion
and saute it till it turn into brown
add green chilli and
tomato
and mix it
now add
ginger
and
garlic
paste
add
salt
, red
chilli powder
and
turmeric powder
and mix well
add chappati flakes and mix well
allow to cook for 5 to 10 mins
now chappati upuma is ready to serve
