Instructions
- In pan dry roast all ingredient and allow to cool
- Now grind and make fine paste and keep aside
- In mean time boil baby potato and remove skin
- Now pick with fork and keep aside
- In pan add oil and temper mustard and curry leave
- Now add grind paste and add salt then cook for 2 mins
- Now add boiled potato and Mix well then cook till it coat well
- Chettinad Baby Potato Roast is ready to serve with curd rice or meals.
