Mix well and marinate for 3-4 hours. In a broad pan, heat oil.Add the cashew nuts and roast them lightly.Remove from fire and keep aside. In the same oil, add chopped red chillies, garlic and finely chopped spring onions and saute`.Add the marinated chicken.
