Instructions
  1. Clean the chicken drumsticks, make slit on the skin. keep aside.

  2. Grind together, shallots, ginger, garlic, green chillies, coriander, mint leaves and curd.

  3. Marinate the mixture into chicken.Leave it for 15 minutes.

  4. In a frying pan, add the chicken with salt and water.Cook it till half done.

  5. Do not add more water, 1 cup will be sufficient, the masala should be coated in the pieces.
  6. In another pan, heat oil and fry the chicken pieces in it, when done keep drain and keep aside.

  7. Mix together, coconut, chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, curry leaves and pinch of salt. Mix well.

  8. Fry this in the oil, when crispy, remove from oil and add it to chicken.
  9. Chicken karumuru fry is ready.

  10. Serve hot with chappathi / rice.
