Ingredients
- Cooked chicken shreds - 1 cup
- Peanuts(chopped) - 1 tbsp
- Wheat bread slices - 4 nos
- Cabbage(thinly sliced) - 1/2 cup
- Spring onion(cut into neat slivers) - 1 no
- Carrot(grated) - 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tbsp
For dressing:
- Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
- Peanut butter - 1 tbsp
- Sugar - 1/2 tbsp
- garlic(crushed) - 1 no
- Lime juice - 1 tbsp
- Sesame oil - 1/2 tbsp
- Pepper powder(A pinch) -

Instructions
- For preparing chicken peanut butter sandwich, mix shredded chicken, cabbage, spring onion, carrot and coriander leaves. Toss well and keep aside.
- Mix together the chicken mixture and the dressing.
- Take a slice of bread and fill it with the chicken mixture. Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top. Place the other slice of bread over it.
- Chicken peanut butter sandwich, is ready. It is a delicious as well as nutritious dish. Serve with potato chips.
