- Chicken 1 cup -
- Onion : 1 no -
- Tomato : 1 no -
- Green chilli : 1 no -
- Ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp -
- Red Chilli Powder : 1/2 tsp -
- Coriander powder : 1 tsp -
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp -
- cumin seed powder 1/2 tsp -
- Salt to taste -

Instructions
- wash the chicken and boil the chicken in a steamer, and cut into finely small pieces
- add tomato and mix it
- add red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin seed powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix it
- now add chicken and mix well
- allow it to fry for 10 mins in a low flame, until the masala get mix well with the chicken
- chicken podimas is ready to serve
