Marinated boneless chicken pieces are deep fried and later mixed with soya sauce, tomato sauce and other ingredients

Ingredients
- Boneless chicken pieces(washed and drained) - 250 g
- Onion(finely sliced) - 1/4 cup
- garlic(minced) - 1/2 tbsp
- Ginger(minced) - 1/2 tbsp
- Sugar - 5g/1 tsp
- Chilly sauce - 1/2 tbsp
- Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
- Soya Sauce - 2 tbsp
- Agino moto(A pinch) -
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Corn flour - 1 1/2 tbsp
- All purpose flour(Maida) - 1 tbsp
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing chicken schezuan, first mix together the following ingredients: 1/2 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp cornflour, 1 tbsp maida, agino moto, 1/4 tsp pepper powder and required salt.
- Mix the drained chicken pieces with the mixture and keep aside for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken pieces to a golden brown color. Keep the fried chicken pieces aside.
- Stir in chilly sauce, remaining soya sauce and tomato sauce. Stir in low heat.
- Add a pinch of agino moto, 1/4 tsp pepper powder and salt if needed.
- Add little water and stir well in low heat.
- Stir in fried chicken pieces and sprinkle 1/2 tbsp corn flour.
- Cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes in low heat.
- When the gravy acquires a thick consistency, remove the vessel from fire.
- Chicken schezuan, a yummy mouth watering dish, is ready. Serve hot with fried rice, noodles etc.
