  • Clean the chicken and cut into small pieces.
  • Make a paste of ginger, garlic, red chillies, onions, little oil, turmeric and salt.
  • Add remaining oil, cloves, cinnamon and cardamoms to this paste and marinate the chicken for about 1 hour.
  • Add 1/2 cup of water to the chicken and cook until all the water disappears.
  • Stir occasionally. Add water if necessary.
  • Cook the chicken until oil floats on the top.
  • Garnish with lime and onion pieces.
