  • 2 cups Chicken stock
  • 1/4 cup Celery chopped
  • 1/4 cup Onion chopped
  • 1 no Egg lightly beaten
  • 3/4 dsp All purpose flour Maida
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper powdered
  • 2 tbsp Cashew nuts powdered coarsely
  • Milk As reqd
  • Salt As reqd


  • Boil celery and chopped onion in the chicken stock for 15 minutes.
  • Take a pan and mix flour with milk. Add the chicken stock.
  • Sprinkle pepper powder and mix the beaten egg. Cook slowly and remove from fire before boiling starts.
  • Season with salt and powdered nuts.
  • Yummy chicken with nut soup is ready and serve hot.
