Ingredients
- Baby corn : 500 gm -
- Carrot : 1 no (thick slices / half cooked) -
- Onion – 1 no (chopped -
- Green chillies : 3 nos (chopped) -
- Garlic : 5 cloves (chopped) -
- Garam masala : a pinch -
- Capsicum : 1 no (slices) -
- Red sauce : 2 tsp -
- Sweet chilli sauce : 1 tsp -
- Light soy sauce - 2 tsp
- Vinegar - 1 tsp
- Tomato sauce - 2 tsp
- Chilli powder - 2 tsp
- Tomato - 1 no
- Onion(cubes) - ½ of
For batter:
- All purpose flour - 2 tbsp
- Rice flour - 1 tbsp
- Corn flour - 1 tbsp
- Ginger(garlic paste – ½ tsp) -
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Salt(as reqd) -

Instructions
- 3) Deep fry the corn in kadai and keep aside.
- Make a paste of half onion, tomato, chilli powder and tomato sauce.5) In a pan, add 1 tbsp of oil. Fry the garlic, green chillies, onion in the pan.6) Add the ground paste and sauté again.7) Add salt, soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, vinegar, garam masala.
- Add half cup of water and cook it.9) Add the fried baby corn and mix well.
