For preparing chilly chicken pulav, grind together ingredients : green chillies, ginger, garlic, cardamom, cinnamon, clove, required salt and oil to a smooth paste.
Put the ground paste in a microwave safe bowl and stir in chicken pieces. Mix well.
Microwave the chicken for 2 minutes in high mode.
Now add rice, chicken stock and tomato puree. Mix well.
Cover it with a microwave safe plastic wrap and make small holes on it.
Cook in high mode for 5 minutes and in medium for 7 more minutes. Allow standing time of 5 minutes.
Chilly chicken pulav is ready. Serve hot with salad/raita and enjoy.
