Chocolate Ice Cream Restaurant Style

Ingredients
  

  • Dark chocolate : 1 cup
  • Fresh cream : ½ cup
  • Milk : 2 cups
  • Vanilla essence : few drops [optional]

Instructions
 

  • Take half cup milk in a pan add chocolate and simmer, stirring till smooth. Remove and cool completely.
  • Enter Step
  • Add sugar fresh cream, and remaining milk mix well.

  • Transfer in to the container cover and freeze till set. Scoop and serve.
