Coconut Custard Pudding - Thai Dessert

  • Fresh coconut cream : 1 cup
  • Custard powder : ½ cup
  • Milk : 1 cup
  • Sugar : ½ cup
  • Butter cake : 4 piece
  • 4 kinds Available fruits : banana, papaya, litchi (3 3


  • Take half cup cold milk and mix custard powder.
  • Heat rest of the milk and add sugar.
  • Add the mixture of cold milk and custard milk to this and cook for about 6 - 7 minutes on slow flame.
  • Add coconut cream to it and stir well.
  • Take the custard ,off the pan and let it cool down.
  • Take the butter cake and deform it in such a way that u can make balls out of these with fruit stuffing inside.
  • Dip these fruit cake balls in the coconut - custard mixture
  • Refrigerate and serve cold.
