  • 2 nos Chicken breast
  • 20 gm Coriander seeds
  • 1/2 bunch Coriander leaves
  • 2 nos Cinnamon Karugapatta
  • 2 nos Cardamom Elakka
  • 1/2 of Lemon
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil for frying


  • Grind together coriander seeds, coriander leaves, cinnamon and cardamom to a fine paste.
  • Squeeze lemon juice over the chicken breast.
  • Add the ground paste and salt and marinate it for 30 mins.
  • Tawa fry or shallow fry the breasts until well done and serve.
  • :- You can add green chillies in the paste also.
