  • mix it well then add sliced spring onion and green chilly and ginger
  • stir well
  • add chilly powder and cumin seeds
  • meanwhile cook chicken using salt and pepper powder
  • we need only half cooked chicken (it should be sliced in rectangular or finger shaped)
  • then drain off water.
  • then pour this chicken to the cornflour mix .and mix it well
  • then take oats and cover the cornflour mixed chicken with oats.
  • heat a pan with oil and add the chicken to it
  • when both sides becomes brawn and crispy
  • take it out and wipe off excess oil.
  • our crispy finger chicken is ready.
