this is a quite interesting recipe. In this we can see all healthy items are added in paniyaram. this is a good combo and like by all people.

  • 1 cup Cucumber
  • 4 slice Bread
  • 2 Green chili
  • Mint little
  • 1/2 cup Rice flour / Idly batter
  • Salt as taste
  • oil for greasing


  • Chop mint, and cucumber and keep aside
  • In a mixer add bread, grind finely and transfer to bowl
  • In mixer Add cucumber chili and mix grind well
  • Now add the paste in bread powder and mix well
  • Now mix rice flour/ idly batter and add salt mix well
  • In paniyaram pan add oil and pour that batter in each
  • Now cook both side and cook well
  • Now its ready to serve Cucumber Bread paniyaram
