Instructions For preparing cucumber/carrot salad, boil cucumber, 2 tbsp vinegar and water in a sauce pan for 5 minutes. When done, drain water and allow to cool. Saute onion, carrot and garlic in oil. Spread in paper and remove oil. Saute turmeric, sugar and salt and remaining vinegar and mix well. Mix all ingredients and mix well. Decorate in layers.
