Ingredients

For the custard:-
1/2
cup
Corn flour
3
cups
Milk
1
tsp
Vanilla
essence
3
tbs
Sugar
1
cup
Fresh fruits
halved strawberry, kiwi,
banana
,peach, grape
For the topping:-
5
tbsp
Raspberry /strawberry jelly powder
1/2
cup
Hot
water
1/2
cup
Cold
water
1
no
Loose bottom cake tin
Instructions
Combine biscuit and butter with your fingers.
Press mixture into a loose bottom cake tin and place in fridge for 10 minutes.
Dissolve
cornflour
in little
milk
.Put rest of the
milk
and
sugar
to boil in a sauce pan.
Bring the heat down,gradually add
cornflour
mixture and
vanilla
to the
milk
and stir continuously till it thickens.
Spoon the custard over the crust. Lay the fresh fruits in single layer over the custard and set to chill in the fridge.
Dissolve the jelly powder in 1/2 cup hot
water
and stir till dissolved.
Add cold
water
and stir well.
Pour the cooled jelly over the custard and return to the fridge to chill till the jelly is firm.
Remove the custard and cut into squares with a sharp knife.
:- Custard and Jelly Dessert is ready!! :- Serve the Custard and Jelly Dessert on a platter!! :- Enjoy eating Custard and Jelly Dessert!!!
