Instructions
- Combine biscuit and butter with your fingers.
- Press mixture into a loose bottom cake tin and place in fridge for 10 minutes.
- Spoon the custard over the crust. Lay the fresh fruits in single layer over the custard and set to chill in the fridge.
- Dissolve the jelly powder in 1/2 cup hot water and stir till dissolved.
- Add cold water and stir well.
- Pour the cooled jelly over the custard and return to the fridge to chill till the jelly is firm.
- Remove the custard and cut into squares with a sharp knife.
