Ingredients
  

  • Dates : 15 numbers
  • Pista : 10 numbers
  • Cashew : 10 numbers
  • Milk : 1 ½ cup
  • Sugar : 3 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Soak Dates , Cashew and Pista in milk for 2 hours.
  • Mix sugar into it and grind together in a mixer for 1 minute.
  • Pour Dates Milk Smoothie into a glass.
  • Dates Milk Smoothie is ready.
